Bireley scored nine goals in a 2-0 week for the Golden Eagles. In a 17-5 win at Central Michigan, Bireley had four goals and one ground ball. In a 13-10 win over Louisville she had five goals, two ground balls and one caused turnover.

Hanna Bodner, Marquette, Sr., M
At Central Michigan, Bodner scored three goals which marked the second hat trick of her career. She also had one ground ball and one draw control. Against Louisville Bodner scored one goal in addition to four assists, two ground balls, three caused turnovers and three draw controls.

Brynna Nixon, Marquette, Sr., GK
Nixon had two goals against, three saves and one ground ball at Central Michigan. She also had eight saves, two ground balls and one caused turnover against Louisville.
BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
Leslie Iorio, Villanova, Fr., M
In a 1-1 week for the Wildcats, Iorio had six goals, one ground ball and one draw control. In Villanova’s 14-10 win over Saint Joseph’s, she scored four goals. Her other two goals were against then-No. 16 Navy (L, 17-16).

Against Saint Joseph’s Verhoest had eight draw controls. Against Navy she had 16 draw controls, tying her own program record for most per game, in addition to one ground ball and one caused turnover.
Emelia Bohi, Denver, Sr., GK
In Denver’s 17-8 win over Vanderbilt, Bohi had ten saves with a 0.556 save percentage.
Abby Beran, UConn, So., D
Beran had a career-high eight draw controls to go along with four ground balls, two caused turnovers and her first career goal in UConn’s 18-5 win over Fairfield. She also had four draw controls, three caused turnovers and two ground balls in the 11-8 loss to James Madison.
