BIG EAST Player of the Week
Noah Manning, Denver, Sr., A (Victoria, B.C.)
Manning put on a show for the Pioneers on the offensive end of the field, tallying six goals and two assists to lead Denver to a dominating 13-6 win over then-No. 7 Duke Saturday night. The senior attackman posted his first career sock trick and Denver’s second of the season. The eight-point performance was the most by a Denver player since March 6, 2021.
BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week
Malcolm Kleban, Denver, Fr., G (New York, N.Y.)
Kleban anchored a strong defensive effort making 12 saves between the pipes and allowing just three goals in the opening 57 minutes of the contest to hold a 10-goal lead over the Blue Demons. Overall, he finished with a .667 save percentage with a pair of ground balls. The six goals scored were the fewest by Duke since May 5, 2024, while also being the fewest goals allowed by Denver against a top-10 opponent since holding No. 9 Villanova to six on April 8, 2023.
BIG EAST Specialist of the Week
Dylan Lee, St. John’s, So., LSM (Oakville, Ontario)
Lee caused three turnovers to tie his career best, and scooped up a team-high four ground balls in Saturdays win against Hobart. On the season, Lee ranks second on the team with 15 caused turnovers.
BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
Denis Fargione, Villanova, Fr., G (Garden City, N.Y.)
Fargione set a new career mark with 19 saves against Brown on Monday, March 17. The 19 save performance is tied for fifth in program history for saves in a game, and the most for a Wildcat since April 6, 2019. A stalwart in net, Fargione and the Villanova defense held Brown scoreless in the first half, the first time achieving the feat since 2018. Overall, he capped the night with a .679 save percentage in a 16-9 victory.
BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll
Will Foster, Marquette, Sr., M
Foster tallied five points in a 9-8 comeback win over Air Force on Saturday. Responding from a 7-4 deficit, he collected a pair of assists and notched the game-tying goal to finish with two goals and three assists.
Lucas Lawas, Marquette, Jr., G
Lawas made 15 saves in the win over Air Force. The junior goalie posted a .652 save percentage, while holding the Falcons scoreless in the fourth quarter with five saves.
Brian Kelly, St. John’s, Sr., A
Kelly followed up a career-best nine-points last weekend with a seven-point performance to lead the Johnnies to a 13-11 win over Hobart. The senior tallied four goals and three assists in the neutral-site affair.
Beau Kemler, Villanova, So., D
Kemler caused a career-high three turnovers and scooped up five ground balls to lead the Wildcats past Brown.
Colin Michener, Villanova, R-So., A
Michener scored four times to tie a career-high in the Wildcats victory over Brown. All eight of his shots were on goal, in addition to collecting a pair of ground balls.
