Bracket Set for BIG EAST Baseball Championship at Prasco Park

NEW YORK – The seeds have been set for the 2025 BIG EAST Baseball Championship Presented by JEEP, which will take place Wednesday, May 21 through Saturday, May 24 in Mason, Ohio at Prasco Park.

Creighton secured the No. 1 seed in the championship, following the weekend’s series sweep of Georgetown. It marks the first regular season crown and top-overall seed for the Bluejays since 2019.

Earning a share of the regular season crown with an identical 17-4 conference mark, the Huskies are the No. 2 seed and are regular season champions for a fifth straight season.

Creighton will play the defending BIG EAST Tournament Champion and No. 4 seed St. John’s on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. ET. UConn will face No. 3 seeded and tournament co-host Xavier in Wednesday’s night game at 6:30 p.m. ET.

The format of the tournament is double elimination. Each of the tournament’s first five games will be carried on the BIG EAST Digital Network on FloSports Presented by Invesco QQQ. The Championship game on Saturday will be on FS2, with an if necessary title game scheduled to be on FS1.

The BEDN talent grid for the games includes Anthony Mazzini, Mike Schmaltz and Kacy Standohar. For the championship game, Alex Cohen and Jensen Lewis will be on the call with Standohar.
