Reed delivered on both ends of the pitch in Friday night’s 2-0 win over Denver. Offensively, he tallied his first goal and second career assist to lead the Bluejays to victory. Defensively, he played a pivotal role in shutting out Denver for the first time since October 19, 2024. The junior defender helped limit the Pioneers to just seven shots in the match, not allowing a shot on goal over the final 37 minutes.

BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week
Mitch Budler, Akron, R-Sr., GK (Lincoln, Neb.)

The victory was the first for the Zips in Columbus since 2016. Budler acted as a stonewall in the first half corralling four saves against eight shots by the Buckeyes to send the contest into the break tied at 0-0. In the second half, Budler faced six corner kicks and five overall shots, collecting three more saves to secure the clean sheet. He is one of two goalies in the country to register an NCAA-best five shutouts en route to owning a 0.00 GAA and a 1.000 save percentage on the year.

Hudson posted his second consecutive shutout of the season, grabbing a career-high five saves in the win over Denver.
