BIG EAST Attack Player of the Week
Luke Keating, Villanova, Gr., A (Garden City, N.Y.)

Luke Keating led the Villanova attack on Saturday, notching a game-high four goals, while also adding an assist. After Fairfield took an early 2-0 advantage, Keating cut the deficit in half with the Wildcats first tally of the game. Keating later helped Villanova pull away with three goals and an assist in the second half, as the Wildcats secured the 16-9 triumph.
 
BIG EAST Midfielder of the Week
James Reilly, Georgetown, Sr., FOGO (Berwyn, Pa.)
For the second consecutive week, James Reilly is the BIG EAST midfielder of the Week. The senior once again took every faceoff for the Hoyas, winning 21-of-29 (.724). He also added 14 ground balls and an assist in the 16-11 triumph over No. 4 Notre Dame. His 21 faceoff wins are the fourth most in a game in Georgetown history. He also moved past 500 career faceoffs wins – second most at Georgetown – in his career, while also passing Brodie Merrill for third all-time on the Hilltop with 287 ground balls.
 
BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week
Owen McElroy, Georgetown, Gr., Goalie (Ridgewood, N.J.)
For the second time in three weeks, Georgetown’s Owen McElroy locked up BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week. Improving to 3-0 on the young season, McElroy anchored the defensive effort on Saturday against No. 4 Notre Dame, tying a career-high with 24 saves in the 16-11 victory. Overall, he posted a .686 save percentage in the top-five showdown. With three-ranked wins on the year, the Georgetown net-minder ranks fourth in the nation with a .636 save percentage.
 
BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
Brian Kelly, St. John’s, A (Red Hook, N.Y.)
In a pair of games over the weekend, St. John’s Brian Kelly tallied three goals and two assists, for five points. In Friday’s contest against Stony Brook, he notched a pair of goals, while collecting a goal and an assist on Sunday against Hofstra. Overall, the native of Red Hook, N.Y., leads the Red Storm with 10 points in four games.
 
BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll
Connor Morin, Georgetown, Gr., A
Had three goals and an assist in his first game back in South Bend after transferring to Georgetown from Notre Dame. Tallied three goals and an assist GU’s third-straight win over a nationally-ranked opponent.
Mason Woodward, Marquette, RSo., D
Woodward picked up seven ground balls and caused a career-high six turnovers in Marquette’s matchup with Utah on Saturday afternoon. The caused turnover mark broke the program’s single-game record of five, set by former BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Year Liam Byrnes on March 6, 2016.
Justin Coppola, Villanova, Jr., M/FO
Coppola won 18 of 27 faceoffs in Saturday’s 16-9 win over Fairfield, while collecting a game-high 13 ground balls. The junior also netted a goal in the contest.
