2025 All-BIG EAST Swim & Dive Honorees Announced

NEW YORK – Eighty-four swimming and diving student-athletes were named to the All-BIG EAST team on Friday following their performances at the 2025 BIG EAST Swim and Dive Championships presented by JEEP.

The ALL-BIG EAST squad is comprised of BIG EAST competitors who finished in the top three in any individual or relay event at the championships.

Forty-two women and 42 men earned honors. Fifty-one total student athletes, 25 women and 26 men, earned all-conference accolades in multiple events. UConn freshman Jessica Sheng and Xavier junior Olivia Oyster led the league’s women with seven awards a piece. The Championships’ Co-Most Outstanding Men’s Swimmers, Seton Hall’s Balint Marosi and Xavier’s Aiden Leamer, paced the men with seven honors each.

UConn and Villanova led the women’s teams with 14 honorees each. Xavier followed with seven, ahead of Georgetown (5) and Seton Hall (2). For the men, Georgetown earned a conference-best 13 accolades followed closely by Seton Hall (12). Xavier registered nine awards while Villanova earned eight.

In a repeat of the last three championships, the 2025 BIG EAST Swimming & Diving Championships once again went to the Villanova women and Georgetown men. The Wildcats won their 12th consecutive, and 17th overall, BIG EAST crown while the Hoyas brought home their fourth consecutive conference title after taking the first in program history in 2022.
