Women’s Singles Player of the Week
Sophia Edwards, Gr., Villanova (Nokomis, Florida)
Edwards earned a pair of straight set victories at No. 1 singles in outings versus Lafayette and Georgetown. The Wildcat defeated Lafayette’s Hanna Ganchi, 6-1, 6-2 before besting Georgetown’s Emily Novikov, 6-2, 6-2.

Women’s Doubles Team of the Week
Chase Metcalf (Jr., Burr Ridge, Ill.) & Brooke Arington (Fr., Cincinnati, Ohio), Butler
Metcalf and Arington wrapped the regular season with a pair of victories at No. 1 doubles as the Bulldogs swept Marquette and Dayton. The duo defeated Golden Eagles Andie Weise and Emma Davis, 6-1, before overcoming Flyers Natalie Osiecki and Neena Katauska, 6-3.

BIG EAST Men’s Singles Player of the Week
Max Amling, Jr., St. John’s (Neustadt, Germany)
Amling earned a pair of straight set victories on the top singles court to help the Red Storm close the regular season with wins over Villanova (6-0) and St. Joseph’s (6-1). The junior defeated Wildcat Cooper Gordon (6-1, 6-3) before taking down the Hawk’s Justin Agbo (7-6, 6-2).

BIG EAST Men’s Doubles Team of the Week
Christian Gonzalex (So., Burleson, Texas) & Alex Kotarski (Fr., Hinsdale, Ill.), Xavier
Gonzalex and Kotarski went 2-0 on the week. The duo defeated Marquette’s Cyrus Ahmad and Remi St. Laurent, 6-1, helping the Musketeers take the doubles point in the 5-2 win over the Golden Eagles. The pair then defeated Lukas Palovic and Brendan Boland of No. 41 Arkansas, 7-5.
