NEW YORK – DePaul's Dominic Lucchesi was selected as the BIG EAST Male Golfer of the Week, while Xavier's Madison Reemsnyder and Butler's Cybil Stillson were tabbed as BIG EAST Female Golfers of the Week.
Lucchesi set a new DePaul program record for score under-par in a 54-hole tournament, finishing at 9-under par at the Hawkeye Invitational, finishing second overall. Reemsnyder took home medalist honors at the Therese Hession Buckeye Invitational with a 3-under score of 213, while Stillson led Butler and tied for first in a weather-shortened Lady Jaguar Invitational.

Lucchesi finished second overall at the Hawkeye Invitational on April 20-21 in record fashion. The sophomore finished with a 9-under par final score of 207, setting a new program standard for strokes under-par for a 54-hole event. He finished one shot off the lead, closing tournament play with a final round 5-under score of 67, tying for his personal-best 18-hole round. He opened play with a score of 71 and followed that up with a second-round 70.
BIG EAST Female Golfers of the Week
Madison Reemsnyder, Xavier, Sr.
Reemsnyder was the medalist at the Therese Hession Buckeye Invitational, played at the OSU Golf Club's Scarlet Course. The senior outlasted 10 golfers ranked among the top 120 on the NCAA/Scoreboard by Clippd rankings. Reemsnyder finished at 3-under par with a 54-hole score of 213, finishing among the top three in the field in par 3 (2.92, -1), par 4 (4.03, +1), and par 5 (4.75, -3) scoring averages. The win was the first of her collegiate career and was her 15th career top-10 finish.
Cybil Stillson, Butler, Sr.
Stillson tied for first place in a weather-shortened 2026 Lady Jaguar Invitational. The senior carded a score of 76 (+4) at the event held at the Trophy Club Golf Course in Lebanon, Ind. The tournament, originally slated for 36-holes, was shortened to a single 18-hole round. She helped pace the Bulldogs to the team title. It was her fourth top-15 finish of the 2025-26 season.

St. John's each competed at the Rutherford Invite at Penn State...the Huskies were sixth as a team, finishing with a 54-hole score of 863 (282-288-293)...Connor Goode tied for ninth place - his fifth top-10 finish of the season - recording an even par total of 213...Kai-Jun Huang tied for 18th overall with a 1-over 215...the Red Storm placed ninth as a team, with a score of 873 (285-300-288)...David Mlynek led SJU with a 23rd place finish, with a 3-over total of 216...
Providence competed at the Roar-EE Invitational at the Wiltwyck G.C. in Kingston, N.Y...the Friars were 13th on the team leaderboard with a 36-hole total of 591...Campbell Skelly and Will Spring led Providence, both tying for 24th place with a 1-over par total of 145.

Xavier placed fifth in the 14-team field at the Therese Hession Buckeye Invitational, with a 54-hole score of 905...the Musketeers finished ahead of a pair of nationally ranked teams...Isabel Brozena (225) tied for 11th place...since the start of the 2022-23 season, the Musketeers have posted 19 top-five finishes with five tournament titles and four runner-up finishes...
