BIG EAST Women’s Singles Player of the Week
Madeleine Rexroat, So., Xavier (Milton, Ga.)
Rexroat went 2-0 at No. 2 singles to help Xavier to a pair of BIG EAST wins. She picked up the first singles decision in the Musketeer’s 7-0 sweep of Marquette, defeating Emma Davis, 6-1, 6-1. She then came from behind to defeat DePaul’s Hannah Smith (5-7, 6-4, 6-4) and clinch the match, 4-3, in Xavier’s favor to hand the Blue Demons their first conference loss of the season.

BIG EAST Women’s Doubles Team of the Week
Abby Nugent (Sr., Springboro, Ohio) & Clara Owen (So., Dayton, Ohio), Xavier
Nugent and Owen went 2-0 at No. 1 doubles to lead the Musketeers to a pair of conference victories. The duo defeated Marquette’s Ella Barnstedt and Emma Davis, 6-3, before surpassing DePaul’s Clara Nilsson and Hannah Smith, 6-1.

BIG EAST Men’s Singles Player of the Week
Ricardo Baldi, Jr., Butler (Turin, Italy)
Baldi led the Bulldogs to a 2-0 BIG EAST weekend, logging a pair of straight set wins at No. 1 singles. He defeated Marquette’s Blake Roegner, 6-4, 7-6 (4), during Butler’s 4-0 victory over the Golden Eagles, before overcoming Creighton’s Yuma Daijima (6-2, 6-4) in a 5-2  win over Bluejays.

BIG EAST Men’s Doubles Team of the Week
Mats Pottbecker (Fr., Krefeld, Germany) & Sergej Zivkovic (Fr., Belgrade, Serbia), St. John’s
Pottbecker and Zivkovic claimed a commanding 6-0 victory over Georgetown’s Arthur O’Sullivan and Cyrus Zia on the top doubles court as St. John’s defeated Georgetown, 6-1. With the victory, the Red Storm moved to 4-0 in conference play.
