BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week
Liam Connor, Georgetown, Jr., A (Manhasset, N.Y.)
Connor exploded offensively, racking up five goals and 11 assists for a total of 16 points during a 1-1 week for the Hoyas. In a midweek victory over at Loyola, the junior placed three shots in the back of the net and dished out six assists. He followed it up with a two goal, five assist performance on Sunday, in a setback against No. 8 Syracuse. He has dished out at least five assists in four out of seven games this season, and Connor leads the nation with 3.57 assists per game.
BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week
Grayson Manning, Denver, So., G (Victoria, British Columbia)
Manning held his own in net once again for the Pioneers, making 27 saves for a .562 save percentage against a pair of top 10 teams. On Sunday, he held Duke to just eight goals, making 14 saves for a .636 save percentage. It marked the fifth time in eight games he has reached .636 or better in a game. In a midweek matchup against Syracuse, he had 13 saves in the setback. He leads the nation with a .640 save percentage, and fourth with a 7.83 goals-against average.
BIG EAST Specialist of the Week
Adam Slager, Marquette, Sr., FOS (Stoughton, Wis.)
Slager controlled possession for the Golden Eagles in a 15-10 road win at Bellarmine, winning 14-of-21 faceoffs and collecting a game- and season-high six ground balls. Slager played a pivotal role in Marquette’s 11-2 run after an early deficit, consistently giving the offense extra opportunities. He contributed in transition with two assists off faceoff wins.
BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
Jake Bickel, Georgetown, Fr., M (Berwyn, Pa.)
Bickel made his first two career starts last week and combined for five goals and two ground balls. He scored a career-high four goals in a 14-7 win over Loyola, and added another goal in a setback against Syracuse.

Jackson Nichols, Marquette, Jr., D
Nichols anchored Marquette’s defense to a 15-10 road win at Bellarmine, recording three caused turnovers and three ground balls.
Nolan Rappis, Marquette, Gr., A
Rappis led the charge offensively for the Golden Eagles with a season-high seven-point performance, scoring four goals and dishing out three assists.
Rhett Chambers, Providence, Jr., A
Chambers scored five goals and had six assists in a 1-1 week, including a 10-point performance in a setback against Air Force.
Matt Lazzaro, Providence, Jr., A
Lazzaro scored 11 points in a 1-1 week, scoring three goals and collecting two assists in a 12-3 win over Quinnipiac, before totaling two goals and four assists against Air Force.
Chase Huggard, St. John’s, Fr., A
Huggard posted a five-goal performance against Brown, totaling nine shots, six shots on target and pair of ground balls in the loss.
