NEW YORK – Madison Reemsnyder of Xavier was named BIG EAST Female Golfer of the Week, while Cayse Morgan of Xavier and Derek Tabor from Butler share BIG EAST Male Golfer of the Week honors.  

Reemsnyder led Xavier at The Ally, tying for 13th place with a 2-under score of 214.  Morgan won his second straight tournament, taking medalist honors at the Xavier Invitational with a 5-under 205.  Tabor was individual runner-up at the Dayton Flyer Invitational, leading three Bulldogs in the top 10 en route to tying for the team title.

BIG EAST Female Golfer of the Week

Reemsnyder was the top finisher for Xavier at The Ally, held at Mississippi State.  The senior tied for 13th place in the 84-golfer field, posting a 2-under par total score of 214.  Her best round of the tournament came in the final round, posting a 3-under score of 69 for the Musketeers.

BIG EAST Male Golfers of the Week

Cayse Morgan, Xavier, Fr.
Morgan won his second straight tournament, taking home medalist honors at the Xavier Invitational.  Morgan finished at 5-under par, posting an aggregate score of 205 in the field of 76 golfers.  He won the tournament by two strokes.

Derek Tabor, Butler, Sr. 
Tabor tied for second at the Dayton Flyer Invitational, finishing at 6-under par with a 54-hole total score of 207.  Tabor opened the tournament with a 6-under par 65 in the first round.  It marked Tabor's third top five finish of the fall.

Women's Notes: Georgetown, St. John's, and Seton Hall competed at the Lady Blue Hen Invitational in Rehoboth Beach, Del...Georgetown placed second as a team, finishing with a score of 883...Sunny Wang was the top Hoya, tying for fifth place (219, +3)...The Red Storm was ninth, led by Kelly Wu's 18th place finish (223, +7)...SHU finished 11th, led by Marta Aguilar who tied for 12th (222, +6) for the Pirates...Providence's Gwendolyn Yarnall tied for eighth - the first top 10 finish in program history - at the Le Moyne Lady Dolphin Invitational...Xavier finished 10th at The Ally, held in West Point, Miss., led by Reemsnyder's third top 15 finish of the fall.

Men’s Notes – Butler tied for the team title at the 2025 Dayton Flyer Invitational, with an aggregate score of 867...the Bulldogs were led by three golfers in the top 10, with Tabor and Logan Sutto and Will Horne, who tied for sixth...DePaul was seventh at the Dayton Flyer Invitational, as freshman North Chery tied for sixth place, with an even-par 213...Xavier defended its team title at its own Xavier Invitational, finishing with an aggregate score of 854...Five Musketeers finished in the top 10, led by freshman Cayse Morgan was the medalist, going 5-under for the 54-hole tournament (205)...St. John's also took part in the Xavier Invitational, placing third as a team (887) and was led by freshman Eli Weidmann, who placed 17th (221)...Villanova placed seventh at the Nassau Intercollegiate (894), led by Ryan Pamer's sixth place finish (216)...Marquette finished ninth at the Quail Valley Collegiate in Vero Beach, Fla...MU's Mischa Candinas used a 5-under final round 67 to finish at 4-under (212), placing 24th overall...Providence closed out its fall campaign with a ninth place finish at the Crusader Invitational, led by Campbell Skelly who tied for 28th.
