Eva Goncharov (Sr., Toronto, Ontario) & Hannah Smith (Jr., Silchester, England), DePaul
Goncharov and Smith repeat as the BIG EAST Doubles Team of the Week after defeating a pair of ranked opponents this week. The top Blue Demon tandem overcame No. 69 Tara Katarina Milic and Carmen Gallardo Guevara (Purdue), 6-3, before conquering No. 18 Maria Berlanga Bandera and Lily Hutchings (Tulsa), 6-3.

Yuma Daijima, Jr., Creighton (Tokyo, Japan)
Daijima repeats as BIG EAST Player of the Week after securing a pair of BIG EAST victories at No. 2 singles. The Bluejay bested St. John’s Carl Gustavsson, 7-6 (7-2), 6-3, before defeating Butler’s Riccardo Baldi, 7-6, 6-4.

Yuma Daijima (Jr., Tokyo, Japan) & Alejandro Gandini (Sr., Santiago, Dominican Republic), Creighton
Daijima and Gandini registered a pair of BIG EAST victories this week, defeating St. John’s Carl Gustavsson and Danilo Raicevic (6-4) and Butler’s Riccardo Baldi and Arnesh Singh (6-3) at No. 2 doubles. The Bluejays have captured the doubles point in their last seven consecutive matches.
